Does the "free Freight" offer apply to all shipping locations?
No, Free Freight and the $6.50 charge only applies to Continental
United States. Hawaii, Alaska and locations outside of the lower 48 state
regular Air Charges apply.
Do I have to register to order tools from your site?
Registration is required to purchase products on Colonial's
blackbookoftools.com and it does have its advantages. As a registered user, you
can order quickly and easily by using your saved account information (like
address and billing information) whenever you sign on. When you register you
can also sign up to receive occasional e-mail announcements, news and specials
from Colonial. You will need to contact Colonial regarding establishing an
account if you wish to receive Net 30 terms. Otherwise, you can use a credit
card or COD to purchase our products.

I can't find a particular item. Does this mean you don't
stock that item?
No. If you search for a particular item, and the search yields no results,
first check to make sure you are using the correct part number. If so, it's
possible that we do not offer that item via our web ordering system. Please
feel free to call us at 800.345.TOOL(s) to check our current stock on that
item.
What's the best way to search for items?
Using the BLACK BOOK OF TOOLS in conjunction with the search engine will offer
the fastest way to find and order items via the web. If you prefer a broader

Do you carry items that are not in the searches?
Yes. We stock thousands of items not shown on our website. Feel free to contact
our Sales department should you have a question on a particular part.
Do you suggest a certain browser while viewing Colonial's
blackbookoftools.com?
No. We designed our site non-browser specific. The site was designed to be used
with Netscape Communicator or Internet Explorer, versions 3 or greater. We do,
however, suggest that you set your monitor to 800x600 resolution for the best
experience and use the most current Netscape or Internet Explorer versions. AOL
users are recommended to upgrade to the latest version.
Does your site use "cookies"?
